Our Approach
This was an old property that had been unused for years. It had problems such as broken pipes, a rundown bathroom, and outdated electrical systems. We made a plan to renovate everything. We put in new pipes, made the bathrooms modern, and updated the electrical system. We also added new lights, improved the kitchen, and ensured the gas system was safe. We connected the water and installed heating and cooling systems to keep the place comfortable year-round.Â
